If you need to bend really big pipe then the RDB-500 is the perfect rotary draw bender for you.

• The RDB-500 has a maximum capacity of 76.2mm square (3") and 88.9mm OD tube (3.5") schedule 40 pipe (89mm x 5.5mm), 76.2mm (3") square & 76 mm (4") tube. (185 wall mild steel).
• The maximum center line radius is 514mm (20.25") (depending on wall thickness and material).
• The RDB-500 tube and pipe bender has one shot bending up to 206° without stopping or ratcheting, and is variable speed as controlled by the operator via a foot pedal.
• The RDB-500 also has a digital auto-stop that will accurately stop the bending process when the bend gets to the desired degree.
• Powered by 400 volt, 50hz, three phase power, the RDB-500 uses an industrial grade low pressure hydraulic system to handle all the bending.
• Like all Baileigh Industrial benders, the RDB-500 has a fast cycle time which makes any job more efficient.
• The RDB-500 pipe bender uses Baileigh Industrials quick drop-on tooling which will allow you to chose from over 5,000 different configurations of outside diameters and centerline radii.
